Welcome to the St John Ambulance - Event and Information Planning System. This planning tool has been developed to enable you to provide information about your event taking place. Our planning tool will be used to capture information about your specific event and automatically pass this to the county planning team for progressing.

As you progress through the planning tool you will be asked to provide specific information about the event, including how we can contact you, where the event will be taking place and finally specific risks that you are aware of on the day. If at any time you are unsure of an answer the planning tool will provide you with a number of options for example, hospitals close to the event.
